My name is Iva, and I’m a web developer living in Philadelphia, PA.

I started making websites in middle school, and I’ve been doing it ever since! Needless to say, I’ve come a long way since then.

I graduated from the Oklahoma School of Science and Mathematics in 2011, and after studying for two and a half years at Haverford College, I boldy ventured off into the world.

I currently work in the Web Unit at the Penn Libraries, but this website and its contents and opinions are my own. When I’m not working, I can usually be usually found reading a good book, cooking with my husband, or daydreaming about getting a dog.

I can be found on Keybase, and can also be emailed at

These pages are built and hosted on GitHub Pages, powered by Jekyll, a static site generator. The site styling is written in Sass.

Colophon: The fonts are Great Vibes and Mate from Google Fonts.

The cool SVG background pattern is from Hero Patterns, and the delicate paper-like texture (yes, there really is something there – looks great on phones, trust me) is the Cream Dust pattern from Subtle Patterns.
